05 / 06 · Intelligent growth

Marketing and retention set up so you can see what actually brought customers in and what kept them, instead of a revenue number placed next to a campaign.

Good for you if

You are spending on growth, but cannot say with confidence which part is working.

Not the right fit if

You need a single campaign launched fast.

Case 01 / 01 · SaaS & Software

01 · Who they are

A company selling technical tools to the engineering teams of large businesses.

How growth spending starts to produce evidence.

  1. 01See what each channel really did
  2. 02Decide what success is before launch
  3. 03Onboarding, win-back and upsell
  4. 04AI only where it beats a simple rule
  5. 05Trace every result to a decision
  6. 06Wait for a real trend

See what each channel really did

Build attribution infrastructure that survives real-world messiness — multiple touchpoints, delayed conversions, and channels that don't share data cleanly by default

Decide what success is before launch

Design and instrument acquisition experiments with a defined success metric before launch, not a metric chosen afterward to justify the spend

Onboarding, win-back and upsell

Build lifecycle and retention flows — onboarding, win-back, upsell — with the segmentation logic and triggers behind them made explicit

AI only where it beats a simple rule

Apply AI to personalization or prediction specifically where it outperforms a simpler rule, and use the simpler rule where it doesn't

Trace every result to a decision

Set up the reporting layer so a result is traceable back to the specific decision that produced it, not just to a channel

Wait for a real trend

Run the system long enough to separate a real trend from noise before recommending a change based on it

Follow-up automation

Every enquiry gets chased, in order, without anyone having to remember.

CRM automation

Your records update themselves from what actually happened, so the pipeline is worth reading.

Lifecycle messaging

Onboarding, win-back and upsell, with the logic and triggers behind them written down.

Attribution and reporting

What each channel really did, traced back to the decision that produced it.

Search visibility

Being found by the people already searching for what you sell, and answering them properly.

What you receive.

All of it is handed over, and yours to keep, whether or not we work together again.

Growth Systems is acquisition and retention infrastructure built well enough to tell you what actually worked — not a marketing campaign, and not a dashboard of vanity metrics. Most growth work fails quietly: a campaign runs, spend goes out, something happens to revenue, and nobody can draw a straight line between the two with any confidence. We build the instrumentation first, so the campaigns that follow produce evidence instead of a story someone tells afterward.

This spans acquisition channels, lifecycle and retention flows, and the attribution and experimentation infrastructure underneath them — often with AI doing the personalization or prediction work, but only where it earns its place over a simpler rule. The system is the deliverable; the campaigns that run on top of it are what it was built to make trustworthy.

In practice, that means being able to answer a specific question afterward — which email in the win-back sequence actually recovered a customer, whether a discount code drove incremental purchases or just discounted ones that would have happened anyway — rather than reporting a revenue number next to a campaign and calling it proof.

What you get

An instrumented growth system with working attribution, the lifecycle flows and experiments running inside it, and reporting that shows which specific decisions drove which specific results — the evidence a growth budget needs to defend itself next quarter. We also leave behind the experiment log itself, so the reasoning behind each decision survives past whoever made it.

When this isn’t the right fit

If what you need is a single campaign launched fast, this isn't the right engagement — Growth Systems is infrastructure, and infrastructure takes longer to stand up than a campaign takes to run; an agency running one campaign at a time will serve you better. The same caution applies if your organization isn't going to act on what the data shows once it's instrumented: the system will tell you the truth, and paying to learn something you'll ignore is the most expensive version of that lesson available.

Questions people ask before buying

01 / 06

Does it cost anything to ask?

No. You describe one problem, plainly, in a few sentences, and we tell you if it is worth building. That answer is free. No discovery invoice, no proposal deck.

02 / 06

What if AI is the wrong tool?

We tell you. A simpler rule, or no change at all, is sometimes the honest recommendation, and we would rather say so than build something that should not exist.

03 / 06

How will we know it works?

Where an engagement carries a measurable target, that target is written into the contract with a defined test, not implied by a case study.

04 / 06

Who can see our data?

Client data is processed only for the engagement it was provided for, and only by the people working on it. Access is granted per project and removed when the engagement ends.

05 / 06

Do we own what you build?

Documentation and runbooks are written for the engineers who take it over. We would rather leave cleanly than become a dependency you cannot remove.

06 / 06

Can you guarantee the result?

No, and you should treat any firm that does with suspicion. The figures on this site are real, but each one came from one specific client. What we can do is write your target down and test against it.
