01General information only

Everything on this website is published for general information. It describes how we work and what we have built. It is not advice on your situation, and it cannot be, because we do not know your situation until you tell us.

Nothing here creates a professional relationship between us. That begins with a signed engagement agreement, not with a page you have read.

02Not professional advice

Content on this site touches on regulation, data protection, and technical risk — including the GDPR and the EU AI Act. It is written by engineers, not lawyers, and it is not legal advice.

It is equally not financial, tax, medical, or regulatory-compliance advice. Before acting on anything you read here in a way that carries legal or financial consequence, take advice from someone qualified to give it in your jurisdiction.

Where we cite a regulation or a date, we cite what we understand to be current at the time of writing. Law changes, and implementation timelines move. Verify anything you are going to rely on.

03Published results

The outcomes and metrics published on this site are real figures from delivered engagements. They are not projections, not illustrative examples, and not rounded upward for effect.

They are also not a forecast of what your project will achieve. Each figure came from one specific client, in one market, with one starting position, one dataset, and one team operating the result afterwards. Change any of those and the number changes.

We do not offer a guaranteed outcome, a guaranteed timeline, or a guaranteed return, and you should treat any firm that does with suspicion. Where an engagement carries a measurable target, that target is written into the contract with a defined test — not implied by a case study.

04AI systems and their limits

AI systems are probabilistic. They produce outputs that are usually right and sometimes confidently wrong, and a wrong answer often looks exactly like a correct one. That is a property of the technology, not a defect we can engineer away.

What good engineering does is make failure visible, bounded, and recoverable: an evaluation harness that measures accuracy against real cases, monitoring that catches drift, explicit stop conditions, and a defined path to a human when the system is uncertain.

Any AI system whose output informs a consequential decision needs meaningful human review. We design on that basis, and we will say so plainly if you ask us to build something that removes it.

05Third-party tools and links

We build on third-party infrastructure — model providers, cloud platforms, data services — and their capabilities, pricing, terms, and availability change independently of us. Nothing on this site is a warranty about a third party’s product.

Where this site links elsewhere, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is a reference, not an endorsement.

06Accuracy and currency

We keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free of mistakes at the moment you read it.

If you spot something on this site that is wrong, tell us. We would rather fix it than have it stand.

07Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Liability arising from paid work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement, and by the limitation clause in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
